Q. What is your return policy? A. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If your order fails to meet your expectations, you may return it for a prompt refund. Q. When will I receive my online proof or preview? A. Proofs for orders received before 6:00pm EST Monday through Friday will usually be available before the end of the next business day. Proofs for orders received after 6:00pm EST or on the weekend will usually be available within 2 business days. Proofs may occasionally be delayed due to special requests or if we are experiencing unusual volumes. Q. How will I receive my online proof or preview? A. You will receive an email containing a link to a page where you can preview your order. On this page you will be able to tell us whether or not changes are required to your order. Q. I live in the U.S. What will my exact amount be in US dollars? A. Your purchase in Canadian dollars will be converted to US dollars by your financial institution at the current exchange rate. We use $1 US = $1.50 Cdn as an estimate, but the actual rate may be slightly more or less. Q. Can I request a different type of animal or breed of dog than the ones you have available? A. We do occasionally add new animals or breeds to our collection, if we think we may have more requests for the same animal in the future. Please contact us for more information. Q. Can I request a special color for a hat, hairbow, etc.? A. Yes. Please use the "comments" section of the order form to state your special request. Q. Do you do customized bodies, such as soccer players or golfers? A. The bodies displayed on the site are currently the only bodies available. We cannot create new figures for your order. However, we do plan to include sports figures and hobbies in the future. If you would like to make a suggestion, please send us an email. |
